Horned Owl

Out for a brisk walk I the city of Bowman and spotted this Owl. Had to take a photo in the -8 degree weather with the wind gusts of around 35mph. I was dressed warm in layers and took a glove off and “snapped” it quickly before my hand froze:). Exciting day!
