Blood Moon in hand
Worm Moon crawls through Earth’s shadow
As Earth slips between
Sun & Moon

A perfect morning
No wind, not even a breeze
No clouds, not even fog
Quiet, so peaceful

Focus, push the shutter
Alone, but for my shadow
25 degrees, fingertips cold

Watching, coffee in hand
Walking, to stay warm
Stop. Focus. Push the shutter.
Feel the calm

Lunar Eclipse, self-reflection
The moon, in its quiet glory
Airless and silent
While it steadies our tides
